This is a General Labor position. Reports to a Crew Leader directly while in the field. Should be able to follow general directions. Be at work daily and on time. Job includes but not limited to; silt fence installation and maintenance, using a shovel, sledge hammer and push broom.

You are responsible for employee(s) working with you daily while completing work. Clean 5 year DMV history with valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle. Experience with pulling a trailer preferred but not required.

Machine (Skid-Steer) Operator
You must have the ability to operate a joystick controlled skid-steer, able to operate with loads overhead with forks or bucket as well as the capability to operate 4 and 1 buckets, grapple buckets and rotating forks. Clean 10 year DMV history required with valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card.
Dump Truck Class Under 26001lb
CDL is preferred but not required. One year truck driving experience with knowledge of dump truck operations. Clean 10 year DMV history with valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card are required.
LMES Branch Manager
Branch Managers are responsible for the day to day operations of their Branch and report directly to the Operations Manager. Day to day operations include the following;
Management and supervision of branch employees to include career development
Ensure Employees are trained and understand their job responsibilities
Quarterly or as needed counseling of supervised employees
Weekly inspection of company vehicles and submit daily paperwork to operations manager
Ensure that shop and yard is clean and organized
Maintain and control yard inventory
Prioritize and schedule daily work load
Ride work sites and inspect and confirm that all work has been completed
Ensure quality of work completed
Visit all work sites once a week and maintain and foster a good relationship with site Managers
Generate revenue by communicating with site managers on work needed to be done
Respond to site managers on any issues or concerns they have
Submit work orders to operations manager for invoicing
